:[[User:neokusama|neokusama]] : Ok, that may seem a little long-winded. Here's some simple steps:
1. Record WAV file (44100Hz, 64kb rate, mono) (You can use the CS to record this)
2. Convert into an MP3 file (44100Hz, 64kb rate, mono)
3. Put both into the appropriate directory (generally Oblivion\Data\Sound\Voice\[MOD NAME]\[NPC RACE]\[M for Male or F or Female]\
4. Open the dialogue box from the Topic Tab in the Quest Window
5. Click "Generate Lip File", this creates the .lip for the game!
NOTE: The "Generate Lip File" Button does NOT work in the CS v1.2.404, you have to install the old version (1.0.303) use this feature. Here's a couple useful links.
