Awhile back, I was trying to make a new race that had it's own set of starting spells.  After looking around a bit for a tutorial, I noticed there really wasn't one.  So, after 3 hours of typing, this is the tutorial on creating player starting spells depending on what race the player is.  It will add the spell if the script hasn't run yet, meaning that you don't have to start a new game.
