:That's a fairly small difference so I'd assume it's 22 instead of 21.3. Maybe Bethesda is including the Z-axis, so unless your target's origin is at the exact same height as you it'll always seem a little lower?--[[User:Haama|Haama]] 12:17, 30 April 2008 (EDT)
