Hey... Have you checked your preferences? You may have set it to a different (incomplete) skin by mistake. Other than that... new/different browser? The skin doesn't work well in Safari, for example. Konqueror is also problematic. Your userstyle page is clean, so it's not that. I really don't know what else it could be, so hopefully that'll help. What browser/version are you using?
