Well, it's not much but I have a custom NPC named Winter Schultz living in a new house in the Imperial City Waterfront area. All he does right now is hang around his house, go out to lunch, wander around the docks, and goes home to sleep, but I'm gonna' learn all the scripting, AI packages, and conversation nonsense next.
