This article needs an explanation or reference for the various values in the water type editing dialog.

Missing mesh in converter, and another problem

I receive a message whenever I edit a water type in the CS, saying the model "test\TestWaterIsland.NIF" is missing. When I go into the game, that water type doesn't seem to have waves, though it can still display rain drops. Are these problems related?
