- I think you can copy and paste a flamenode from another NIF. There are plenty of mods that have this already, download one and look at the NIF file. You'll need NifSkope for that and these guides will help you understand it:

- You go to the cell you want to add water to, then right click on it and click on edit. This brings up a menu that can be used to change the traveling option, add water (and type), music type, lighting (ambient, directional, fog, behavior), and interior data (name, owner, owner faction, global variable, rank, type of area). The only caution I have with this is to make sure that you clean the mod right after setting these values as it tends to "modify" other cells when you access this menu in my experience (I still don't know why).

- I'm sorry, I should have been clearer. This is right in the construction set that you can do all of this. Go to the cell in the Cell View window, then follow the above instructions.
