Making a Merchant

I can not make a merchant. Ive searched all over this sight for help. So please, help me out. This is what I Have so far: I have my Merchant

                                                   He owns a venders chest
                                                   He owns a shop (bar)
                                                   He has a Pub script
                                                   His class is a pub vender
                                                  

But He wont sell or buy stuff. Help someone! Oh, and is there any way to make or edit a faction (adding a player in to a faction)- i figured it out, its under AI in the npc's edit page. I had typed a huge paper on what to do, but it was errased -.- Any ways, click on the AI button, right click in the Editor ID box, and select new. Go under flags on the left hand side and check the box that says offer services. the rest is up to you, for my hands are cramping like theres no tomarrow. i might type what i had typed and lost, but in a few days or so. untill then, Trial and error is my last bit of advice. Blender

NEW PROBLEM:

I have been searching maddly for instructions on how to use the blender i downloded. Wiki has been most helpful with all my other problems and questions, but not this one. i found the noob to pro downlode instructions. now how do i downlode them? can we please get a simple downlode button and not a system of links that take you from one place to another? i am so mad that i cant figure the blender out. i would like to know how to downlode the instructions on how to use it, because ive heard so many great comments on it. Please, im running out of patientce and im going crazy over a blender downlode and it's instructions that cant be simple to downlode. ive looked all over wiki and other websites for some help. now im asking, please help me. even a simple link to the downlode page or a link to the instrutions themselves. please post somthing soon, im on the end of my rope and am dead lost.HELP!!!!!

Help me plz!!!!! im in dire need of help! I still cant use the blender i have to make wepons, armor, ect.... i need a link straight to a downlode that will explain how to use the blender. i need a walk threw on it. so plz if u know a website that has some useful info, plz share, im at the end of my rope and dont have a clue as of wut to do.

I've added heading to the different questions to clarify it, it's not my talk page so remove or change them if you don't agree. I think you'll get help faster if people see what's going on in a few seconds, headings help. Another thing you might want to do in the future is sign with ~~~~ or the signature button, it will automatically add your name, time and date.

On to your question, the wiki book Blender 3D: Noob to Pro is the best explanation you're going to get. Mod file corrupt

ok, now I am at the edge of the cliff ready to jump! I made a town, I have been working on it for months, and now its gone! when I go to edit it, it says something like it was lost in the zstream and was not able to recover. then loading errors come up, one for EVERY thing i made on this mod! Ive looked and poked around to see if any thing was a miss and i didnt find any thing expt for the fact that i cant edit it and that my town is gone in oblivion. under the oblivion folder it says it is still running and it isn't corrupted.

Is there any thing i can do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! Im soooooo lost and im itching to edit my town.  :(

I havent gotten any awnser yet. I beg for help, HELP ME!!! I still cant get my oblivion mod file to work. Every thing i put into it is gone, exept for the weapons and armer i made. I love to mod make, its my hobby, but seeing this happen, it tears me apart. this has never happend to my other modes for oblivion, so y this one? every thing was working then bam, im out a city, 3 ships and alot of misc stuff. please help me. if you have an idea of what the problem is, or a helpful link, heck ill take any help! So please, post anything helpful.

Spell Script

Finally coming back to Oblivion, I also bring new problems. My first new problem is Spell script making. i followed this Tutorial: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/My_First_Spell and i thought every thing was going great. But as luck may have it i can't seem to get it to fully work. I ran out of time....finish this up soon
