No master file

I am trying to mod oblivion. When I go on the construction set I click file then data to load the master file but when the box opens there is nothing there. Any help would be great.

Hello. Please post such queries in the Bethesda CS Forums. And refrain from creating new pages for queries. If yours regards a particular article on the wiki, add your question to its Discussion page. In any case, make sure you've installed the CS in your Oblivion directory.
