A command for Oblivion Script Extender
Syntax:
(nothing) ModSpellMagickaCost modifyBy:float spell:ref
Modifies the magicka casting cost up or down.
Notes
- This value can be changed but have no effect if the spell is marked AutoCalc. See IsMagicItemAutoCalc and SetMagicItemAutoCalc.
