In this tutorial, you will learn the basics of creating your own world space. World spaces are in essence, another universe of exterior cells that you can use, very similar, (in fact, exactly), like those used to make the countrysides of Tamriel, the cities of Cyrodil, Oblivion Planes, and even dungeons!
To start, I will list the steps involved:
