Syntax:
(effectWasRemoved:bool) reference.DispelNthActiveEffect whichEffect:short (effectWasRemoved:bool) reference.DispelNthAE whichEffect:short
Dispels the effects of the specified active effect and removes it from the actor's active effect list. Note that the effect will not be removed until the next gamemode frame, so the indexes into an actor's effect list do not change immediately.
