A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(name:string_var) GetActiveUIComponentFullName
Like GetActiveUIComponentName, returns the name of the menu element currently highlighted by the mouse cursor, if any. However the returned name is fully qualified with the names of the element's parents in a form suitable to pass to commands like GetMenuFloatValue. i.e., if button_1 is highlighted in the MessageMenu, this command returns "background\button_1".
