A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(type:short) GetMessageBoxType

Returns a code indicating the origin of the currently-displayed messagebox.

Return values:

  1. No messagebox displayed or unknown origin
  2. Generated from script
  3. Confirm Buy Item
  4. Confirm Sell Item
  5. Confirm Give Item
  6. Confirm Buy Spell
  7. Confirm Poison Weapon
  8. Confirm Overwrite Savegame
  9. Confirm Load Savegame
  10. Confirm Load Savegame with Missing Content
  11. (RepairMenu) Attempting to repair a magic item without sufficient skill.
