A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(traits:StringMap) GetTileTraits componentName:string menuType:short
Given a UI component, returns a StringMap representing all of that component's traits and their values. The keys of the returned StringMap's elements are the names of the traits; their values are the string or numeric values of the traits. This command is more efficient for accessing multiple traits of the same component than the commands which access traits individually.
