Syntax:

(void) SetMagicEffectModel newModel:string effect:ref 
(void) SetMEModel newModel:string effect:ref 
(void) SetMagicEffectModelC newModel:string effectCode:long 
(void) SetMEModelC

Sets the magic effect's model.ALTALIAS.
