Syntax:

(void) SetMagicEffectOtherActorValue otherActorValueCode:short effect:ref 
(void) SetMEOtherActorValue otherActorValueCode:short effect:ref

(void) SetMEOtherActorValueC

Sets the magic effect's other actor value.ALTALIAS.
