Syntax:

(void) SetMagicEffectUsedObject newUsedObject:ref effect:ref 
(void) SetMEUsedObject newUsedObject:ref effect:ref 
(void) SetMagicEffectUsedObjectC newUsedObject:ref effectCode:long 
(void) SetMEUsedObjectC

Sets the magic effect's used object.ALTALIAS.
