:Anyway, one, editing Oblivion.exe or ConstructionSet.exe would be illegal, not to mentioned ''massively'' difficult. Better to do something along the lines of OBSE - edit it in-memory. If you search the {{Forums}}, OBME does this for magic effects. For something ''similar'' to what you want to do, look up kyoma's mod - I don't know what name it's going under these days, but he had a mod that would add fake skills to the GUI menus, while you could handle the skill internally through scripts. | |||
