Hi. The page you posted on is actually against the rules; it had simply been missed. We don't allow questions here, for three reasons: one, there aren't enough members here to help people effectively or efficiently. Two, it clutters the Wiki and makes searching for material harder. Three, such articles rarely maintain the professional tone expected of Wiki articles. I do not know the answer to your problem, so I can only suggest that you try asking on the Forums. There are a lot of people there interested in helping others and who know more than anyone about the CS. If anyone knows the solution to your problem, someone there will.
Please be sure to describe the problem very thoroughly when you start a thread there.
