I open up my construction et and then access the oblivion.esm thingy and let it load up. But when i go to the cell veiw there is no list in the interior section and all it has in tamriel is wilderness. Please help me i dont know how do find things that i want to mod!!!

Number one, please only ask questions in the appropriate places; the Frequently Asked Questions page is for questions that everyone needs the answer to, not you personally. Further, it is for questions about the Wiki, not about modding Oblivion.

In addition, when asking for others' time and help, please phrase questions as politely and coherently as possible. No one here is being paid to help you, we volunteer our time because we enjoy modding. We do not enjoy decyphering a rude, garbled mess like yours - there is no need for yelling, and there is no need to be nearly as inconsiderate as to put your question wherever you please. This Wiki is a public place and the pages here are for everyone to use, not simply you.

Finally, specific questions about problems or difficulties with your particular mod should be directed to the Forums. This site merely catalogs information about modding, it does not answer questions. The only questions that are appropriate are those that are asking what a particular article means, so that we can clarify and make the article better.
