I apologize for this inconvenience for you as I am a new user to this site. I fully understand my mistake and it will not occur again. Plus, I have tried to sign my messages but apparently I am having a problem with it.
Again, please accept my apology

Note[edit source]
Kristinharry, please try to acquaint yourself with the rules and policies here; we don't really appreciate it when you decide to ask your questions wherever seems convenient. There are appropriate places for things; for questions you have, either put them in the Talk page of the article you need clarification on, or else you can put questions in your own Talk page. The Talk page of the Community Portal is meant to be used for discussing possible changes to the way the Community Portal works.
Also, please sign any posts you make with ~~~~. This will insert your signature, as a hyperlink, along with the date and time. If you don't want to remember the code for it, you can also use the Signature button, which is the second one from the right on the top bar.
At any rate, welcome to the Wiki. We have a lot of information and very knowledgable people here, we will try to answer your questions. Also consider the Elder Scrolls Forums for advice - the CS forum is for questions about how to mod, and the Mod forum is for questions about various mods and about how to use mods. In both cases, please read the Stickied threads before posting.

I forgot to mention that I am very new to the world of modding and need information in "layman's" or the "the idiot's guide" terms. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also is there a tutorial on using the Oblivion Mod?

- Please use this page for questions, or set up a new page and place it in the category Questions (look on the bottom of the Index on the Main Page for a link to the Questions category and take a look at those pages).
- This isn't the right place for detailed info on OBMM, please try the thread on Bethesda Forums (external links require identification, so I'll leave it to you to find the link, shouldn't be too hard, you can get there from the Oblivion main site).
- There are several tutorials, again scroll to the bottom of the Main Page for a link to Tutorials (should be right above or below the Questions link).

- I would also recommend the Oblivion Mods FAQ.

How do I authenticate my email address?
Harry 2007-10-01 14:07 CDT
- There should be instructions in the e-mail that you receive when you signed up. I don't recall the exact things you had to do, but it probably simply involves clicking a link, and maybe typing something in.
