Quests are the stories and adventures of Oblivions. A quest has many elements. The principal parts are stages, targets, and dialogue. All dialogue objects (usually referred to as "infos") are created and maintained in quests.
The left side of the quest window lists all the quests in the game. Right click on the quest list to create or delete a quest.
