The part about fixing 'animate in place' in nifscope no longer applies ... in max make sure that Bip01 has movement and the exporters will deal with the rest. Also Tazpn's KF updater is not really essential ... the exported version number works fine ingame,and overall bone priorities can be assigned in the export settings as well (for fine tuning priorities Nifscope can be used).
This article needs updating, I'll try to contribute a little.
